Yoshinee undertakes work in all areas of the transactional practice of the firm, and focuses particularly on corporate and commercial law, financial services law, and employment law.
She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues, regularly prepares a wide variety of agreements, and frequently assists in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. Her financial services practice involves advising on regulatory frameworks, licensing considerations, and ongoing compliance obligations.
Yoshinee also has a well-developed employment practice. She advises employers on the full spectrum of employment-related matters, from the preparation of employment agreements, policies, and handbooks to advising on day-to-day workplace issues.
She is also experienced on matters involving data protection law and AML/CFT.
Yoshinee also conducts trainings and workshops on company law, financial services, employment and data protection amongst other topics, delivering practical guidance to clients across sectors.
