Mannish comes with an extensive 21 years experience in dispute resolution. He regularly appears in civil, commercial and corporate matters before the Mauritius courts and tribunals.
His practice includes appearing in corporate, bankruptcy and insolvency matters before the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court. He also appears before the Assessment Review Committee in tax disputes. His practice also extends in the areas of competition law, contempt of court proceedings, judicial review and injunctive relief.
He also has a lengthy and wide experience in advising on company law, investments, securities, taxation, bankruptcies, insolvencies, receiverships, franchising, the drafting of corporate agreements, and generally advises companies, sociétés, partnerships, foundations and trusts in all aspects of their operations.
