Keseven specialises in contentious commercial law, civil law, and insolvency matters. He is often called upon to appear before the Commercial Court for bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and before the Master’s Court for sale by levy proceedings.

As an attorney, he undertakes the drafting of pleadings, affidavits, witness statements, and assists counsel in the preparation of cases. In addition, he routinely advises banks and insolvency practitioners and prepares legal opinions. 

Keseven also has a keen interest in real estate and construction.
